Refund Policy

All sales on Dreamflix are final. Subscriptions and credit packs are non-refundable.

Subscriptions

Subscription charges are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime through your billing portal to stop the next renewal, but the current billing period remains active until it ends and is not refunded.

Credit packs

Credit pack purchases are non-refundable, whether or not the credits have been used. Credits remain available on your account while your subscription is active.

Failed generations

If a generation fails on our end (e.g. the model returns an error), the credits spent on that attempt are automatically returned to your balance. This is a credit-balance return, not a money refund — no action is required from you.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback for a non-refundable purchase is a breach of these terms. Please contact support@dreamflix.ai first — we'll always look at your situation before any dispute is needed.
